The winterized version of the R91 assault rifle found in Operation: Anchorage. The R91 assault rifle is a two-handed small gun in Fallout 3. 1 Background 2 Characteristics 3 Variants 3.1 Comparison 4 Locations 5 Bugs 6 Behind the scenes 7 Sounds 8 References Manufactured by civilian defense contractor Stent Security Solutions, the R91 assault rifle is a conventional design chambered for 5.56mm. Zhu-Rong v418, developed under the codename ZRIN by L.O.B. Enterprises, is a man-portable incendiary weapon built on the basis of a standard Shanxi Type 17 sidearm. The key component is an acumist barrel, replacing the standard one. Upon pressing the trigger, a standard 10mm round is fired and partially liquefied by the barrel coating. The Assault Rifle from Fallout 3 replaces the M16 with this mod, complete with the gunfire sounds from the game itself. I know there's a Chinese Assault Rifle mod replacing the AK47 on workshop and I could've sworn that there was an American one replacing the M16 as well, but I'm either not finding it or it really just doesn't exist.
